Woodlawn Principals Blog 4-23-21

Happy Friday!  I cannot tell you how proud I am of our 8th grade students.  This is a tremendous group of young adults who have matured greatly in their time at Woodlawn.  I am already getting my graduation speech started to honor this highly respectful and kind group.  They have been through so much and are so respectful to all of the adults around here.

Friday, April 30th is an Asynchronous Day

Students will NOT be attending school in person or remotely on Friday, April 30th. There will be asynchronous activities for all the students in the morning. At the end of the day on April 29th, students will receive information in their Schoology lunch course with their asynchronous activities for the morning of the 30th.

See the calendar link.

8th Grade Graduation

Students with the last name starting with A-L will be at 5:00pm and students with the last name starting with M-Z will be at 6:30pm.

More details, including inclement weather plans, will be shared in the Principal’s Message next Friday.

Lunch - Important!

With many more students learning in person in KCSD96 schools, it's essential that parents place their students' free meal preorders by 6 PM on Thursday in the week before. Preordering instructions. Questions? Contact [email protected].

ALSO, please remind your students of the meal choices you preordered, so the meals they request at lunchtime are the meal options that you preordered for them. Thank you!
