Principal for the Day
Hi, I’m Veronica. I was principal of the day this past Wednesday and I want to tell you about it. First, I did the morning announcements and I picked a joke to tell. “What is the strongest day of the week? Saturday and Sunday because the rest are all weak days!” Then we did a fire drill. After that, Dr. Pfaff took my picture at my principal desk, which you can see here. Then we did a building walk through. We supervised recess and then did classroom visits. Also, I enjoyed lunch with my sister and then I ate with three of my friends and Dr. Pfaff. I interviewed some people like the school nurse, library aide, Mrs. Johnson, and Mrs. Demas. What I learned from the interview with Ms. Kelly our Library Aide is that she likes the color pink and she has two brothers and two sisters. She also loves to read. Something else that I learned from the interview with the school nurse, Ms. Strom, is that she likes the color purple. When she was a kid she always dreamed about being a nurse. Thanks for reading my story about being principal for the day.
