A Word About Learning Targets

  • 3.0 Learning Targets are the learning targets included on student report cards, representing mastery expectations for students. These targets remain constant throughout the school year.

Other learning targets are fluid and flexible–adjusted during the school year according to teacher input and student performance data. They include:

  • 4.0 Learning Targets – a more complex learning target related to the 3.0 targets.
  • 2.0 Learning Targets – a simpler version of the 3.0 targets.
