Volleyball Champs 7th & 8th grades

Congratulations to the 7th Grade Girls Volleyball “B” team on winning the Patriot Middle School Conference Tournament yesterday! Riley Berkovich, Michelle Estrada, Victoria He, Abby Jimenez, Jasmine Jimenez, Josie Kang, Katie Kehrberg, Joyce Lin, Saylor Swanson, and Charlotte Tasher firmly defeated West Oak, Fremont, and Daniel Wright in 6 well played games through their strong serving, bumping and teamwork. The improvement of all the girls throughout the season has been fun to watch.

The 8th Grade Girls Volleyball "B" team did an incredible job of fighting for their 1st place conference championship win over Twin Groves on Wednesday! The serving was amazing and all the girls had a laser focus on their goal of having an undefeated season. Thank you so much to all of the girls for all of their hard work and dedication.

A big shout out to Romy Clorfene, Coco Yamada, Olivia Martinez, Ida Diab, Katie O'Meara, Sam Lerner, Bianca Voica, Katelyn Dianis, Alison Nazaruk, and Izzy Baugh for playing as a team and supporting each other on and off the court. Well done, girls! - Ms. Logan & Mrs. Woods

BTW - Both “A” teams took 2nd place in their tournaments!  Great job ladies!

Cultures Work

We are creating culture walls at Woodlawn and looking to broaden our appeal to all studnets in the school.  We will be posting pictures of our progress over the next few weeks.
