Congrats!
It is with great pleasure that I congratulate Emma Degen, District 96 Adaptive Physical Education Teacher, on her recent award! Emma was selected as the

What’s Happening at Twin?
Spanish

In 6th grade Spanish students are studying clothing.
In 7th grade Spanish, students will be reviewing family to incorporate new grammatical concepts.
In 8th grade Spanish, students will be watching a video mystery in Spanish called ¿Eres Tú MarÍa?

Band
May is a busy month for the band as we have several concerts to prepare. On Friday, May 13 the 7th and 8th grade students and some 6th grade students will travel to the elementary schools to have two concerts for the students. This is a fun day of playing, seeing younger siblings and friends, and teachers the students have had in the past. We finish the day with a pizza lunch back at Twin Groves.

May 18 is our Band Extravaganza: Our end of the year concert for all students in band 5th grade through 8th grade. The concert will start at 6:30 PM and students from Twin Groves will need to be in their seat ready to play at 6:00 PM. The concert will be outside in the south parking lot at Twin Groves. Families are welcome to come and enjoy an evening of good music
