Girls on the Run 2020
We still have a few more spaces left for the Girls on the Run program for Prairie this spring. We will begin the last week of February and will go through May on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3-4:30. Students must attend both practices weekly. Students will need to be picked up or given permission to walk home after practice. If students are already registered in Clubhouse, they can go to Clubhouse after as well. There is a fee for the program and financial assistance is available. Kids Heart Challenge Event is Here!

When- Wednesday, February 12th- 3:00-4:00 p.m.

Students participating must hand in the paper permission slip no later than Monday to attend.

Permission slips are attached to the collection envelope sent home with your child last month.

Due to the size and safety of this event, Jump Rope for Heart is a student-only activity. Parent pick up is at 4:00 p.m. in the circle.

Funds raised online at heart.org/jump and cash/checks should be turned in by February 14th.

4th and 5th Grade Orchestra Winter Concert
The 4th and 5th Grade Orchestra Winter Concert will take place on Wednesday, February 12th at 7pm at WOODLAWN/COUNTRY MEADOWS. The concert will take place in the WOODLAWN Large Gym. Students need to arrive at WOODLAWN/COUNTRY MEADOWS in their concert attire by no later than 6:00 pm for tuning and warm-up. It is going to be a fantastic concert! We look forward to seeing you there!
Proof of Residency for Current 5th Grade Students
If you have a current 5th-grade student, you must re-prove your residency. Please come to the Prairie School office to complete this process. This must be completed in order to register for the 2020-2021 school year. Please bring a current monthly mortgage, lease, or tax bill AND a current utility bill. Mrs. Johnson will help you complete the rest of the process when you present these documents.
