It’s time to place your School Supply Kit orders for the 2025-2026 school year! School Supply Kits can be purchased now thru July 7, 2025 at http://www.educationalproducts.com/
Orders are placed directly with our vendor, EPI. ALL supply kits will be delivered directly!

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK - May 5th to May 9th! Help us thank the amazing Woodlawn Staff!!! We are thankful every day for the wonderful classroom teachers, elective teachers, coaches, office staff, specialists, support staff and custodians at Woodlawn! Staff Appreciation Week is May 5th to May 9th and we have some special “Around the World” themed goodies in store for them!
NEW PARENT COFFEE & TOUR- 5/14
For all incoming 6th Grade parents and anyone new to Woodlawn for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Join us Wednesday, May 14th at 8:45am. Please arrive and enjoy coffee with fellow parents to learn more about the fun programs supported and funded by the PTO. Tours will begin around 9:45am. Make connections with other parents and learn more about opportunities to be involved in your child’s school experience. Please let any friends with incoming 6th graders know about this program. We look forward to meeting you then!!
PTO GENERAL MEETING-5/14
Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for our Spring General Meeting on Wednesday, May 14th 10am. Join your PTO Executive Board, Principals, and other PTO members to learn more about what your PTO has planned the remainder of this academic year and next year. The General Meeting will be held in the Woodlawn cafeteria. We hope to see you there!
PTO LUNCH DAY- 5/21
On Wednesday, May 21st, students will enjoy a pizza lunch provided to all students courtesy of the PTO to celebrate the end of the school year! Please sign up on MTK to come volunteer to help us! Thank you!
8TH GRADE BREAKFAST CELEBRATION - MAY 23RD
Our 8th graders have worked hard all year, and it’s time to celebrate! On Friday, May 23 — the last day of school & a half day for 8th graders — the PTO is excited to host a special breakfast in the cafeteria right when students arrive! After breakfast, students will head with their teachers into graduation practice and teacher awards assembly. The PTO will finish the day with free time, games, a photo booth, and popsicles to send them off in style! Earlier in the week students will be provided with a SHS T-shirt and a SHS drawstring bag.
Important: This event is for 8th grade students only.
We’re proud of our students and can’t wait to make their last day at Woodlawn a memorable one!!

DESSERT DAY
Our May Dessert Days are May 2nd and May 16th! Students have the option to place an order to receive a special treat during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s order? Did you know you can place for the entire year? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.

SPECIAL LUNCH
Our Special Lunch from Real Urban BBQ is Friday, May 9th. Students have the option to place an order to receive lunch from an outside vendor during their lunch hours.
