Raffle tickets will be handed out starting on Monday, 10/28 to all kids who pre-registered the prior week (when sign ups open.) This will continue as the days progress (raffle tickets will be given out on Tuesday to the kids who signed up on Monday and then again on Wednesday to the kids who signed up on Tuesday.)
There will be a special raffle basket for 8th graders only!
Event Includes: party treats and snacks and entertainment…
Photo Booth - DJ - Raffles Baskets - Fortune Teller
Haunted House and much more!
Popcorn - Food - Cider - Donuts - and more!
Raffle winners will be chosen at the end of the party and must be present at the drawing.

Fall Scholastic Book Fair: Save the Dates, November 11-15th
Woodlawn will host its Scholastic Book Fair this fall in the Learning Center. Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings kids the books they want to read. We'll receive a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level, and all purchases benefit our school!
PTO General Meeting Thank You
The PTO Executive Board would like to thank all Woodlawn parents who attended our first PTO General Meeting. We are very grateful to the parents who joined us to learn about the events scheduled for this year. We appreciate your participation, questions and feedback provided during the meeting.

There’s still time to order the following items:
GYM CLOTHES
A school requirement, must purchase through the PTO on Membership Toolkit. Orders placed will be distributed to students during their gym class.
SPIRIT WEAR
If you missed spirit wear ordering, we have more options available…CLICK HERE to visit our online store that will be open the remainder of the year.
DESSERT DAY
Our October Dessert Days are October 4th and October 25th! Students have the option to place an order to receive a special treat during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s order? Did you know you can place for the entire year? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.
ORDER DEADLINE TO RECEIVE FOR EACH MONTH IS at LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR TO DESSERT DAY DATE (ex. Order by October 1st for first October Dessert Day on 10/04)
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!! We have 2 dessert days a month this year. Would you like to help the PTO serve dessert to students during lunch hours? Sign up on Membership Toolkit to volunteer at Dessert Day.
SPECIAL LUNCH
Our Special Lunch from Papa John’s will be October 18th. Students have the option to place an order to receive lunch from an outside vendor during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s November order for Real Urban BBQ? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.
ORDER DEADLINE FOR EACH MONTH IS THE 15TH OF THE PRECEDING MONTH (Order by October 15th for November Special Lunch)

*Please note, if you missed the October Special Lunch deadline to order (September 15th), your child will not be able to participate in October. However, you can still order SPECIAL LUNCH and DESSERT DAY throughout the school year. Pre-order for the entire year or order monthly on Membership Toolkit.
