The Woodlawn PTO Executive Board will be assembling the Nominating Committee to assist in filling open Executive Board and Committee Chairperson positions. We will post open positions here in the blog in the upcoming months.

7th Grade 'Halfway through Middle School' Lunch
The PTO celebrates our 7th grade class this year with a free lunch on January 31, 2024. Every 7th grade Woodlawn student will enjoy lunch, celebrating the halfway mark of the school year.
If you have a 7th grade student, please feel welcome to join your student, fellow PTO members and other 7th grade parents as the PTO provides our 7th grade students with their very own special lunch.

Save the Date: Spring Fling on March 13
Spring Fling will be held Wednesday, March 13, from 2:30 to 5 p.m. at Woodlawn Middle School!
Similar to the fall party, this is a student-only event.
Spring Fling consists of games, music, food, photo booth and raffle prizes. Other new activities are being planned, so be on the lookout for additional updates throughout the next few months. Come join the fun!

Did you miss Locker Set-Up Day or forget to Pre-order? There’s still time to order the following items:
Gym Clothes
A school requirement, gym clothes must be purchased through the PTO on Membership Toolkit. Orders placed will be distributed to students during their gym class.
Spirit Wear

Dessert Day
Our January Dessert Days are January 12 and January 26. Students have the option to place an order to receive a special treat during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s order? Did you know you can place orders for the entire year? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order: https://woodlawnmspto.membershiptoolkit.com
Order deadline to receive Dessert Day for each month is at least three (3) days prior to the Dessert Day date (for example, order by January 23 for SECOND Dessert Day, which is January 26).

Special Lunch
Our Special Lunch from Papa John's will be January 19. Students have the option to place an order to receive lunch from an outside vendor during their lunch hours. Order deadline for each month is the 15th of the preceding month. (Order by January 15 for February Special Lunch.)

* Please note, if you missed the January Dessert Day and Special Lunch deadlines to order (December 15), your child will not be able to participate in January's events.
