Book Fair 'Thank Yous!'
Thank you to our PTO Scholastic Book Fair chairs and volunteers who dedicated their time to make this year’s Book Fair a huge success! The opportunity to enjoy the Book Fair and to purchase new books was appreciated by Woodlawn students and staff members.

Still Time to Order
Did you miss Locker Set-Up Day or forgot to Pre-order? There’s still time to order the following items:
Gym Clothes
A school requirement, gym clothes must be purchased through the PTO on Membership Toolkit. Orders placed will be distributed to students during their gym class.
Spirit Wear
If you missed Spirit Wear ordering, you can still choose from more options available. Click here to visit our online store that will be open the remainder of the year.
Dessert Day
Our December Dessert Days are December 1 and December 8. Students have the option to place an order to receive a special treat during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s order? Did you know you can place orders for the entire year? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.
Order deadline to receive Dessert Day for each month is at least three (3) days prior to the Dessert Day date (for example, order by December 5 for SECOND Dessert Day, which is December 8).
Volunteers Needed: We have two dessert days a month this year. Would you like to help the PTO serve dessert to students during lunch hours? Sign up on Membership Toolkit to volunteer at Dessert Day.
Special Lunch
Our Special Lunch from Original Bagel & Bialy’s will be December 15. Students have the option to place an order to receive lunch from an outside vendor during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s January order for Papa John’s? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.
Order deadline for each month is the 15th of the preceding month. (Order by December 15 for January Special Lunch.)

* Please note, if you missed the December Dessert Day and Special Lunch deadlines to order (November 15), your child will not be able to participate in December's events. However, you can still order Special Lunch and Desssert Day throughout the school year. Pre-order for the entire year or order monthly on Membership Toolkit.
