Cash-only, in-person sales are planned during lunch on October 23, 24 and 25.
Cash-only entry tickets and raffle tickets will be sold at the party.
Woodlawn Students Only
Purchase through MTK and receive a free raffle ticket with your $10 entry ticket. Receive a free raffle ticket with each $10 bundle purchase.
In-person sales will be $10 for entry ticket, and $10 for 10 raffle bundles or $1 each.
Event Includes party treats, snacks and entertainment, such as:
- Photo Booth ~ DJ Famos ~ Raffles Baskets ~ Fortune Teller
- Popcorn ~ Snacks ~ Cider ~ Donuts
- Glow Body Paint ~ Tattoos ~ Rings ~ Bracelets ~ and much more!
Raffle winners will be chosen at the end of the party and must be present at the drawing. However, we will have one raffle basket for each grade for students who are unable to attend the evening party; these baskets will be given out during lunch period the next day.

Fall Scholastic Book Fair: November 13 to 17
Woodlawn will host its Scholastic Book Fair this fall ~ from November 13 to 17 ~ in the Learning Center. Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings kids the books they want to read.
We'll receive a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level, and all purchases benefit our school.
PTO General Meeting 'Thank You'
The PTO Executive Board would like to thank all Woodlawn parents who attended our first PTO General Meeting. We had an amazing turnout of a wonderful group of parents who joined us to learn about the events scheduled for this year. We appreciate your participation, questions and feedback provided during the meeting.
Still Time to Order
Did you miss Locker Set-Up Day or forgot to pre-order? There’s still time to order the following items on Membership Toolkit at https://woodlawnmspto.membershiptoolkit.com/login:
- Gym Clothes
A school requirement, gym clothes must purchased through the PTO on Membership Toolkit. Orders placed will be distributed to students during their gym class.
- Spirit Wear
If you missed Spirit Wear ordering, you can take advantage of other options we have available. Click here to visit our online store that will be open the remainder of the year.
- Dessert Day
October Dessert Day: October 20 and October 27.
Students have the option to place an order to receive a special treat during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s order? Did you know you can place orders for the entire year? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.
Order deadline to receive for each month is at least three days prior to Dessert Day date (example: order by October 17 for second Dessert Day on October 20).
Volunteers needed: We have two dessert days a month this year. Would you like to help the PTO serve dessert to students during lunch hours? Sign up on Membership Toolkit to volunteer at Dessert Day.
- Special Lunch
Our Special Lunch from Papa John’s will be October 15th. Students have the option to place an order to receive lunch from an outside vendor during their lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s November order for Real Urban BBQ? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.
Order deadline for each month is the 15th of the preceding month. (Order by October 15 for November Special Lunch.)

NOTE: If you missed October Dessert Day and Special Lunch deadlines to order (September 15), your child will not be able to participate in October. However, you can still order Special Lunch and Dessert Day throughout the school year. Pre-order for the entire year or order monthly on Membership Toolkit.
