Prepare for the Woodlawn Fall Party
It's the Woodlawn Fall Party … Enter if you dare, and prepare for a scare in the haunted halls at Woodlawn…..Don’t miss your chance to join us as the PTO presents:
- Woodlawn’s Annual Fall Party (for all grades)

Tickets go on sale on Membership Toolkit, starting Saturday, October 15. Online sales end Saturday, October 22.
However, sales continue during Lunch periods from October 24 to 26.
Tickets are $10 per student and include food and entertainment:
- Haunted House
- Photo Booth
- DJ
- Magician with Fire Juggling
- Fortune Teller
- And so much more!!!
All students who attend have a chance to win raffle prizes! Raffle Tickets can be purchased online as a bundle ~ $10 for 11 tickets. After online sales close, Raffle Ticket purchases can be made at the party and during lunch periods ~ from October 24 to 26 ~ for $1 each or for the bundle option of $10 for 10 tickets. Please note: Raffle winners must be present.
- Students who wear a costume will receive an extra Raffle Ticket at the door. COSTUMES are optional, but encouraged! School Dress Code applies to the party as well.
- 8th Graders who attend receive an extra Raffle Ticket and Haunted House VIP access!
- REMINDER: This event is for students only; no siblings or outside friends allowed.

Fall Scholastic Book Fair: Save the Dates, November 14-19
Woodlawn will host its Scholastic Book Fair this fall in the Learning Center. Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings kids the books they want to read. We'll receive a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level, and all purchases benefit our school!
Thanks for Attending the General Meeting
The PTO Executive Board would like to thank all Woodlawn parents who attended our first PTO General Meeting. We had an amazing turnout of a wonderful group of parents who joined us to learn about the events scheduled for this year. We appreciate your participation, questions and feedback provided during the meeting.

A school requirement, gym clothes must be purchased through the PTO on Membership Toolkit. Orders placed will be distributed to students during their gym class.

Order deadline for each month is the 15th of the preceding month: Order by October 15 for November Dessert Day.
