We are thankful every day for the wonderful classroom teachers, elective teachers, coaches, office staff, specialists, support staff and custodians at Woodlawn! Staff Appreciation Week is May 2nd – May 6th and we have some special things in store for them.

PTO General Meeting: May 17
Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for our Spring General Meeting Tuesday, May 17th 9am. Join your PTO Executive Board, Principals, and other PTO members to learn more about what your PTO has planned the remainder of this academic year and next. The General Meeting will be held in the Woodlawn School Learning Center.
PTO Lunch Day: May 20
On May 20, students will enjoy a pizza lunch provided to all students, courtesy of the PTO. This celebrates the end of the school year. There will be a volunteer sign-up on MTK as we move closer to the event.
Join Our New Parent Coffee
For all incoming 6th Grade parents and anyone new to Woodlawn for the 2022-2023 upcoming school year: Join us Monday, May 16. Arrive at 8:45 a.m. and enjoy coffee with fellow parents to learn more about the fun programs that the PTO supports and funds.
Tours begin at 9 a.m. Make connections with other parents and learn more about opportunities to be involved in your child’s school experience. Please let any friends with incoming 6th graders know about this program. We look forward to meeting you!
Spring Fling 'Thank You!'
Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this year’s Spring Fling event.
A big 'thank you' goes to all the Spring Fling Volunteers and Committee Chair Members: Sarah Baker, Debbie O’hara, Elizabeth Owens, Marina Strauss and Yvonne Wendland. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable event for our students: We truly appreciate and thank you for all of your efforts and time dedicated to make it a successful event.
