Did you miss Locker Set-Up Day or forget to Pre-order??? There’s still time to order the following items:
- GYM CLOTHES
A school requirement, must purchase through the PTO on Membership Toolkit. Orders placed will be distributed to students during their gym class.
- LOCKER SHELVING
Locker Shelving a huge hit this year! We ran out during Locker Setup Night. Still interested in purchasing for your child’s locker? Go to Membership Toolkit by Sunday, August 22nd and place your order. Shelves will be delivered the week of August 23rd.
- SPIRIT WEAR
Place your order on Membership Toolkit. Show your Woodlawn pride! Don’t forget to place an order for Mom, Dad and siblings! All orders placed will be delivered to your child’s classroom during school hours mid to late September. ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY AUGUST 27TH! Questions? Contact [email protected].
- DESSERT DAY
Our first Dessert Day is September 10th. Students have the option to place an order to receive a special treat during lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s September order for Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.

- SPECIAL LUNCH
Our first Special Lunch from Culver’s will be September 17th. Students have the option to place an order to receive lunch from an outside vendor during lunch hours. Have you placed your child’s September order for Culver’s? If not, visit Membership Toolkit to place an order.
Would you like to help the PTO serve special lunch to students during lunch hours? Sign up on Membership Toolkit to volunteer at Special Lunch. *Please note, if you miss September’s Dessert Day and Special Lunch deadlines to order (August 15th), your child will not be able to participate in September. However, you can still order SPECIAL LUNCH and DESSERT DAY throughout the school year. Pre-order for the entire year or order monthly on Membership Toolkit.

- PTO GENERAL MEETING: 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 21st
Interested in learning more about our PTO and all that we do? If so, please mark your calendars for our FIRST PTO GENERAL MEETING OF THE YEAR on September 21st at 9:00 a.m. Refreshments will be served. Join us in the Learning Center to hear all the exciting events this year’s PTO Executive Board has planned to benefit the school and your children. Learn how you can be a part of it all!
Mr. Grana is always a special guest at our General Meeting. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet our building principal and learn more about the school. Hope to see you there!
- STAFF HOSPITALITY WELCOME BACK LUNCHEON: Thursday, August 26
Our PTO Hospitality Committee will treat all of the outstanding Woodlawn Staff Members to a Welcome Back to School Luncheon to kick off the new school year! Donations to support the luncheon can be made on Membership Toolkit. Thank you for your contributions.
- 6TH GRADE WELCOME LUNCH: Wednesday, September 1st (6th grade parents welcome)
Join us as the PTO provides our 6th grade students with a pizza lunch. Parents are encouraged to come meet other 6th grade parents and help volunteer to serve pizza to the 6th grade class! Interested in volunteering? Sign up today on Membership Toolkit.

This month we would like to introduce you to a new board member, Bob Christian. Bob is our Membership Toolkit Manager. He is our new technology guru for all that is ordered from our PTO, all sign-up lists and mass communication to our PTO community. Thank you, Bob, for getting Membership Toolkit up and running for the beginning of the school year, all your hard work during the week leading up to Locker Set-Up night and all of your troubleshooting the night of the event!
