The Woodlawn PTO would like to provide parents the following information to help make the back-to-school process as easy as possible ~ to help you avoid missing deadlines and as a resource for those new to Woodlawn or District 96. Please take time this week to update your family information or become familiar with Membership Toolkit.
The PTO online database system called Membership Toolkit is now available. We welcome you to PRE-ORDER and PRE-PAY the following items…
- Dessert Day
- Special Lunch
- Locker Shelving (A student favorite!)
- Gym Clothes (Required for all students. Must purchase through the PTO) -Spirit Wear
- PTO dues
Payment is made through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
(Sorry - no checks or cash accepted during pre-order)
*All District 96 PTOs utilize Membership Toolkit throughout the school year as our online database system. All forms for making a purchase or to signing up to volunteer ~ for Dessert Day, PTO Committee Volunteer roles, Special Lunch, and more ~ are available on our Membership Toolkit, as of Monday, August 2nd. IF YOU DON’T PRE-ORDER:
Computers will be set up in the gym for you to use.
PLEASE NOTE: You may experience long wait lines and limited assistance. Avoid the wait by PRE-ORDERING!
* If you wait to place your order at Locker Set-Up, please remember your Membership Toolkit Login/Password and credit card(preferred) or cash/check, to avoid additional delay.
VOLUNTEERING FOR WOODLAWN PTO
Parents, if you are interested in volunteering for the PTO, you can sign up to volunteer for 2021-2022 Committees on Membership Toolkit. The PTO is still in need of Chairpersons for the Hospitality Committee and PTO Concessions. If interested, please contact Elizabeth Owens at [email protected].

First Special Lunch: Friday, September 17th
First PTO General Meeting: 9am Tuesday, September 21st (Woodlawn Middle School Learning Center)
