AS WE FALL INTO A NEW ROUTINE, HERE'S WHAT'S TO COME...
Hello Woodlawn Family:
We hope that everyone is doing well and staying healthy. We know many families are planning for and looking forward to their students attending Woodlawn in person beginning Oct. 29 or Nov. 9. We are excited to share that there are many wonderful things brewing amongst PTO plans for the fall months.
HOSPITALITY
The Hospitality Committee is busy planning special WELCOME BACK surprises for the teachers! We know we all would love to be a part of celebrating our teachers in some traditional ways we have in the past (bringing food, serving lunch or dinner); however, that is not an option at this time. If you feel compelled to contribute in some way, you can do so by making a donation to the Woodlawn PTO through your MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT account.
Our Hospitality Committee is second to none and will do something fabulous with your donation to make our teachers feel loved and celebrated! If you would like to go a different route, please consider sending a gift card or a thank-you note to your student's teacher from your student or family.
FALL RAFFLE BASKETS
The Woodlawn PTO is a bit nostalgic this month, as we usually host our first big middle school party of the year at the end of October. Our fall party has always been a huge hit with the kids. In keeping with tradition, we still are offering one of their favorite parts of the party–our raffle baskets!
Starting today, log in to your Woodlawn PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT and begin purchasing $1 raffle tickets to enter for a chance for your student to win a raffle basket. We will post pictures to our social media starting today! Raffle ticket sales will close Oct. 29 and the winners will be announced on the morning of Oct. 30.
Along with some of our crowd favorites, this year's raffle baskets are themed around hobbies to keep cooped-up kids busy!
