INFORMATION REGARDING CANCELED PTO EVENTS & PROGRAMS
Refunds for canceled PTO events and programs due to the government mandated school closures will be processed in the form of an account credit on your Woodlawn PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT (MTK) parent account.
Account credits can be used for any future Woodlawn PTO purchase on MTK (Dessert Day, Special Lunch, spirit wear, gym clothes, etc.) and can be used for any of your continuing or incoming students at Woodlawn, but cannot be transferred between schools.
Account credits will be applied on May 15. To check your account credit balance, please log in to your Woodlawn PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT. Once logged in, your credit balance will be shown on your Forms home page.
You can use your Woodlawn account credit in one of three ways:
- Keep your credit for a future Woodlawn PTO purchase on MTK
- Request a check refund of your credit balance
- Donate your credit balance to a special PTO Staff Appreciation Fund

8TH-GRADE "MOST LIKELY" AWARDS
Annually, 8th-grade students have fun voting for fellow classmates to receive "Most Likely" Awards. Typically announced during the end of the year 8th-Grade Celebration, this year join Mr. Grana and Mrs. Garlick as they announce in a new virtual way!
8th graders received a survey/questionnaire this week to fill out for "Most Likely" Awards. Please complete by Sun., May 17.
Listen in daily starting Mon., May 18, to hear the majority of student responses as to who they feel is "Most Likely to"...???!

SCHOOL SUPPLY KITS
July 10 is the DEADLINE to order School Supply kits for the 2020–21 school year. To order your student's supply kit, visit www.shopttkits.com The HOMEPAGE contains a RED search box, enter Woodlawn's account number 10240 and press ENTER. ALL supply kits will be delivered directly to the student's home in August.
Guidance on Supply Kits and Descriptions
- The Woodlawn Basic Kit contains all of the required school supplies for a Woodlawn students in grades 6–8
- The Woodlawn Basic Kit w/ calculator is the basic kit plus the TI-84 calculator. This calculator is required for all 8th-grade students and all 7th-grade students who will be in Algebra 1. You can also purchase the calculator on your own, if you wish.
- The Woodlawn ILC Kit is for students enrolled in the ILC (special education program) at Woodlawn.
- A grade level does not need to be entered. Middle school kits are the same for every grade level (Grades 6–8).
SPRING FLING RAFFLE BASKETS
The following Spring Fling Rafle Baskets will be raffled off daily during morning announcements, starting May 11, for those who purchased raffle tickets prior to the stay-at-home orders. Mr. Grana and Mrs. Garlick will continue to announce 2–3 raffle basket winners daily, until all baskets have been announced. Parents of the winners will be notified via email to arrange for delivery.

8th-GRADE GRADUATION LAWN SIGNS
