PTO-SPONSORED PIZZA DAY FOR ALL STUDENTS AND STAFF–Wed., May 22
Compliments of the Woodlawn PTO, Woodlawn students and staff will be enjoying Papa John's Pizza, fruit, dessert, and water–served during all lunch periods on Wed., May 22. If a student does not want the free pizza lunch, he or she can bring lunch or buy lunch in the cafeteria from a limited menu available that day. Questions? Please contact Tiffany Cloeter.

ATTENTION ALL NEW WOODLAWN PARENTS– Come to the NEW PARENT TOUR on May 14 at 10:00 a.m. This is an exciting opportunity for all parents of INCOMING 6TH GRADERS and any parents NEW to Woodlawn. You will get a special tour of the building conducted by Principal Grana and Assistant Principal Garlick, during which you'll have an opportunity to ask questions you have about Woodlawn. We will also have refreshments and an opportunity to learn more about Woodlawn and how you can get involved in the upcoming school year. We hope to see you there!!
On MAY 4, 2019, the Woodlawn PTO will be hosting Concessions at the Conference Track Meet. If you are at the Conference Meet to support your student athlete, we hope that you can stop by the Concessions and support your PTO.

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK – May 6th - 10th. We have some amazing things planned for our wonderful teachers and staff this year. Thank you for your support so we can provide such wonderful treats for our teachers and staff!
DESSERT DAY and SPECIAL LUNCH – Thank you to all the parents who volunteered for our Dessert Day last Friday from Jamba Juice. AND Thank you to all the parents who volunteered for our Special Lunch today from Chipotle.
Woodlawn parents, if you missed Dessert Day and Special Lunch opportunities for April, you still can order SPECIAL LUNCH and DESSERT DAY for May and our final ones of the school year on MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT. Orders must be received by today (Apr. 12). May's Special Lunch will be from Culver's; May's DESSERT DAY will be from Menchies.
GENERAL MEETING – Join us on Wed., May 22, at 9 a.m. in the Woodlawn Library for the Spring General Meeting of the Woodlawn PTO. We will recap the past year, vote in our new Executive Board members, and look forward to the 2019–2020 school year. Please take a little time out of your day and join us.
2019–2020 SCHOOL SUPPLY KITS – Order a supply kit for your child TODAY and it will be ready for pick-up at Locker Set-Up Day at Woodlawn in August. CLICK HERE to order your kit.
The PTO will accept orders through May 31. Once the sale closes, you will not have another opportunity to purchase a Supply Kit.
