DESSERT DAY & SPECIAL LUNCH
Special Thank You to all the parents who helped serve the Dessert Day treat from Menchies last Friday. The kids always enjoy their Dessert Day treat!
Next Fri., Nov. 16, the kids will enjoy Special Lunch from Panda Express.
Woodlawn Parents, if you missed November's Dessert Day and Special Lunch opportunities, you still can order SPECIAL LUNCH and DESSERT DAY throughout the school year.

LEIDER'S GIFT CERTIFICATES
With the holidays coming, this is the perfect time to purchase your Leider's Gift Certificate and support your Woodlawn PTO! Visit MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT to purchase your Leider's Gift Certificate! 20% of the proceeds benefits the Woodlawn PTO. Certificates are available in denominations of $25 or $50! Leider's opens up from mid-November through mid-December for the sale of winter greens and poinsettias.
BOOK FAIR
Our Scholastic Book Fair is a reading event that brings kids the books they want to read. We'll receive a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level and all purchases benefit our school! For a sneak peak at some of the books that will be offered during next week's Fair – Click HERE.
Your student will have an opportunity to visit the Book Fair during school, but we will also be open before and after school from 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM. Parents are always welcome to stop by and shop, as well.
NEW THIS YEAR! We will also have open hours before and after the Orchestra Concert on Nov. 15, starting at 6 PM. Stop by to browse our books, have a treat, and get a jump start on your holiday shopping.
Can't make the Fair? No problem–visit our Book Fair HOMEPAGE to shop our online Fair or to download the Scholastic App and shop via the app. All purchases benefit our school. Online/App purchases will be delivered to the school for free.

The PTO School Store will be open again on Tues., Dec. 4, 2018. Don't forget to send money with your student!
ANNOUNCEMENTS/ACTIVITIES
Staff Hospitality–Fall Conference Dinner
Family Educator Conferences (previously known as parent/teacher conferences) are just around the corner and our Hospitality Committee will be providing dinner for all Woodlawn teachers on Mon., Nov. 19.
Please consider making a donation to help cover the cost of this hospitality event. No amount is too small!!

Woodlawn Fall Party – Thank You!
Thank you to all the parents and staff who helped with the Fall Party this year. It was an amazing event filled with fun and laughter as the kids dressed up, danced, ate, played games, and had an amazing Halloween virtual reality experience. This night is always fun for all the students and we also thank you for supporting the PTO so we can organize such fun events.
