PE Uniforms
The PE Uniform store will be open all year. All students need the shirt and shorts for PE.
The PTO also sells sweatshirts and sweatpants. Sweats are not a required part of the PE uniform; however, if your student wants to wear sweats in PE, these items of clothing do need to be the sweats sold in the uniform store on MTK.
The PTO is ordering more sweatshirts and sweatpants in the sizes of which we are currently sold out. They are now available for pre-order, with an estimated delivery date of September 15. Please check the blog or follow us on Facebook for the most up-to-date information.
Special Lunch and Dessert Day
Special Lunch and Dessert Day forms will close on September 5. If your student wants to participate in these events for the fall, you must order through Membership Toolkit by September 5.
Volunteer forms for Special Lunch and Dessert Day will go live at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 27. These forms will be made available to all PTO members. If you are not currently a PTO member (check your student registration to confirm), you can sign up on Membership Toolkit (https://twingrovesmspto.membershiptoolkit.com/).
'Thank You' to Our Volunteers
We couldn’t do the things we do without the support of parents.
Thank you to the PE Uniform Committee: Gretchen McLelland, Anandhi Bavani, Veronica Hernandez, Debra Essington and Katie Tompkins. These amazing parents packed all of the preorders ~ more than 250! ~ distributed them at Locker Set-Up and coordinated the night-of orders.
Also, a big 'thank you' goes to all the other parents who volunteered the 'night of' Locker Set-Up. The event is just a 'little bit crazy,' and we are thankful for the managed chaos.
