PTO proudly presents...
On Friday, February 23rd, the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students will see the movie Angst. Angst is a 56-minute film and virtual reality experience that explores anxiety, its causes, effects and what we can do about it. The filmmakers’ goal is to have a global conversation and raise awareness around anxiety. Angst features candid interviews with kids and young adults who suffer, or have suffered, from anxiety and what they’ve learned about it.
After the movie, the students will be engaging in a debrief discussion about the film in their Flex classes. Please Angst Program to learn more.
Attention Parents: If you are interested in viewing Angst, Twin Groves will be hosting a screening on Thursday, February 22nd at 7PM in the Learning Center.
Due to the snowstorm, and the closing of all D96 schools on Friday, February 9th, the Twin Groves Winter Bash will be rescheduled. The committee chairs are actively working with the party vendors and the school to secure a new date for the bash. We will update everyone as soon as things are finalized. Families can also purchase additional STEVENSON CLASS OF 2022 apparel through the on-line PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT by Fri., Mar. 16. Items should arrive within 2–3 weeks after order deadline.
Did you know that clipping Box Tops is an easy way to help earn cash for our school? Each one is worth 10¢ for our school! Just look for the pink Box Tops on hundreds of products. All you have to do is clip them and send them to school. There is a collection box in the office.
