SHOP THE BOOK FAIR ON FEB. 19, 6–8 PM
Your students have been window shopping all week, so plan to stop by the Ivy Hall Learning Center while you enjoy Ivy Hall Celebrates Diversity on Feb. 19! The Book Fair will be open from 6–8 p.m. to allow parents to shop with their students. Do a little window shopping of your own beforehand HERE.
Clean-up help is needed! If you can stick around after 8 p.m. to help tear down the Book Fair, please contact Maria Papageorgiou, or just stop by!
BOOK FAIR SPECIAL: DIARY OF A WIMPY KID PRESALE!
Have a Wimpy Kid lover in your house? We'll be offering a special PRESALE of the latest book–Diary of an Awesome Friendly Kid–Rowley Jefferson's Journal–as part of the Book Fair. Check out the FLYER to learn more and order when you shop the Book Fair on Feb. 13–19.

Our BoxTop Coordinators will be submitting our BoxTops for the year this month! Please send your neatly clipped current BoxTops to the Ivy Hall Office (bundles of 25 or 50 in small bag or envelope is perfect) for our BoxTop Coordinator to collect and redeem. All BoxTops are due by Feb. 25 for this year's submission. Please note we cannot accept expired BoxTops.

Like many of you, we're dreaming of spring, so we're planning ahead for a fun send-off for our 5th graders to cap the school year. All 5th-Grade Families, please Save the Date Fri., May 17, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. Get ready for a night of music, fun, friends, snacks, and prizes! SEE DETAILS

WANTED! YEARBOOK CO-CHAIR TRAINEE FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR
In 2020–21, Ivy Hall will be losing one of its two Yearbook Co-Chairs as her youngest child moves on to middle school. In order to get ahead of the game, we're asking for one very lucky person to "train" next school year (2019–20) by "shadowing" her and learning her job. You must commit to learning the job and giving at least one year to the Ivy Hall Yearbook project (training next school year and serving in the 2020–21 school year, and hopefully more).
