Kildeer Picture Day
Picture Day is Wednesday September 11. Your picture day order forms were sent home in your child’s backpack. Pre order is simple and online.
Cougar Fun Run
The Fun Run will be Friday September 13. Please be sure your child is prepared by wearing appropriate shoes and dressed for the weather.
Restaurant Night at Buona Beef and Rainbow Cone
Please come and enjoy Buona Beef and Rainbow Cone on September 13. Mention Kildeer PTO and show this flier and 20% of the proceeds will go back to PTO! More information will be posted on our social media accounts.
Fall Book Fair
The book fair will be September 23-27. The PTO will NOT accept cash for the book fair. More information soon!
Ice Cream Social
Save the date for the Kildeer Ice Cream social September 26 from 6:00-8:00pm. This is a free event! Come have ice cream, socialize with your classmates, and shop at the Book Fair.
Membership Toolkit
Be sure that you have registered your child/children on Membership Toolkit. Please use a frequently checked email address when registering. The PTO uses this online database system to organize our school activities. This system helps us conduct business, organize our volunteers and streamline our communications to you. Plus, parents can pay for events by credit card and easily view what they have purchased!
**A friendly reminder regarding Membership Toolkit: Please be sure you Complete the Checkout Process by hitting “PLACE ORDER.” A receipt will pop up on Membership Toolkit immediately after you place your order and then you will be emailed a copy of the receipt shortly after you place your order. If you do not receive a receipt, then your order wasn’t placed!**
Let’s get started!
1. Click here to access our Kildeer PTO Membership Toolkit webpage. If you are new to the Kildeer PTO Membership Toolkit, create an account using your personal email address. If you have a Membership Toolkit account from another school, no need to create a new login — you can use that account to log in (for example, from Willow Grove).
2. Update your Family Information from the link on the homepage. Validate your family contact information and update your student’s new teacher.
3. Sign up! The following forms are now available!
• PTO Committee Chairperson Sign Up — Sign up today!
• PTO Committee Volunteer Opportunities — Get involved in the Kildeer community by volunteering for one of our awesome committees!
• PTO Dues — If you did not pay PTO dues during school registration last spring, you can pay via Membership Toolkit.
• Dessert Day — Dessert Day will be free for all students this year! We will host dessert day once a month. Does your child have an allergy you would like us to be aware of or would you prefer to opt out of Dessert Day? No problem! Please mark your preferences on Membership Toolkit.
4. Check out! Once you have made your selections, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the screen. Sorry, no cash or checks can be accepted for pre-pay events or items.
Room Parent and Party Volunteer Sign-ups
Room Parent and Party Volunteer Sign-ups will go live on Membership Toolkit at noon on August 14th. We ask that each family only sign up for one party per child. Room Parents can attend all parties. There will be a waitlist if the party spots are full.

Upcoming Changes
Dessert Day
Dessert Day will be free for all students this year! We will host dessert day once a month.
Does your child have an allergy you would like us to be aware of or would you prefer to opt out of Dessert Day? No problem! Please mark your preferences on Membership Toolkit.
Please note there will be no special lunch this year.
Going Cashless
This year our PTO will NOT be accepting cash at any of our events. Please plan to utilize cashless options such as credit card, Apple Pay, and, for Book Fair, E-Wallet.
Room Parents
This year we will be moving back to the room parent model. Room parents will be in charge of coordinating the three class parties. Please note that room parents will no longer be in charge of coordinating class gifts or collecting money.
Fall Fest - Trick or Treat
This year our big PTO fundraiser will be a Fall Fest - Trick or Treat. This will take the place of BINGO Blast. Mark your calendars for October 25th.
PTO COMMITMENT TO KILDEER
The Kildeer PTO is committed to supporting Kildeer staff, students, and parents. When you sign up to attend events, buy SpiritWear, participate in PTO events, and make donations, we are able to support our community in new and creative ways, including:
• recognizing and supporting teachers and staff
• supporting the school by purchasing needed Wish List items and providing Cultural Arts assemblies
• creating community among our parents, students, teachers, and staff
