A huge THANK YOU to all our Room Parents and Party Volunteers for making Wednesday's Valentine's Day parties such a success! Our children look forward to celebrating and they had so much fun playing games, making crafts, and eating delicious snacks. Thank you for helping make wonderful memories for our students.
BINGO BLAST IS NEXT FRIDAY!!!
Bingo Blast is next week - Friday, February 23rd from 5:30-7:30pm! Join us for a fun-filled night of Bingo, Pizza, Ice Cream, Silent Auction, and the ever-popular Raffle Baskets. We are so lucky this year to have overflowing baskets, as well as spectacular auction items to include:
- Teacher experiences
- Front row seats to variety shows and musicals
- Gymnastics Birthday Party
- Swim Lessons
- Cubs Tickets
- Hawks Tickets
- Storytelling Photography Session
- Gift certificates and more!
We want to thank all the families and local businesses that have helped contribute to our silent auction. We could not do this without you!
Pre-Orders are due today… February 16th – so hurry and don't miss your chance to pre-order! This year, we are using Membership Toolkit to place pre-orders (click HERE to access Membership Toolkit). Simply log-on to Membership Toolkit and place your Bingo Blast order.
Each Pizza/Bingo pre-order package includes 1 slice of pizza, 1 ice cream, 1 bottle of water, 1 bingo card, and one raffle basket ticket. You can also pre-order your 50/50 tickets, additional raffle basket tickets, or even your child's arm length of tickets (we will measure at Bingo Blast check-in!). Note: Pre-Order cost not to exceed $40 per family. We are looking forward to a great event with raffle baskets, great food, and our silent auction. Order today and be ready for all the fun!

BOYS NIGHT OUT IS MARCH 15TH - RSVP TODAY
Attention parents of 5th-grade boys! The Kildeer and Country Meadows PTO is hosting a joint event for our 5th Grade Boys to have a chance to get to know one another and have some fun. The event is scheduled for Thursday, March 15th from 6:30-8:30pm at Woodlawn Middle School. We have planned an evening filled with fun team building games, ice cream and even a guest appearance from an American Ninja Warrior! We hope all our 5th Grade Boys will be able to join us for this exciting night. Please be sure to RSVP for this event in advance (walk-ins will not be permitted). It is hard to believe that we are beginning to make plans for NEXT year already!! The nominating committee is working on selecting committee chairs for the 2018-19 school year. Our process for gathering names of those interested in leading these committees has changed. We are asking ALL—both RETURNING chairs and NEW chairs—to go to MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT - CLICK HERE to sign up. Chairing a PTO committee is one of the best ways that parents can support the students and staff at our school. Please review the brief descriptions of each chairperson opportunity and indicate your interests. Please also identify if you are a returning chair to the committee. Generally positions are 2 year commitments. Your contact information will then be forwarded to the PTO nominating committee for review. Chairpersons for the 2018/2019 school year will be notified by May 1st. Please feel free to share this information with any friends/parents you think might be interested in chairing a committee next year, including families with incoming 1st graders!! We would love to have as many families as possible involved in the wonderful activities we plan for the students at Kildeer. We thank you for your continued support of the Kildeer PTO!!

Reminder…You can still order Dessert Day Cards and place Special Lunch orders!
The form is on MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT - access the form at any time before the special lunch or dessert day to place your order. As a reminder:
- Dessert Day Card orders must be placed by end of day Saturday to guarantee a card for the following Thursday.
- Orders for Special Lunch must be placed 2 weeks before the Special Lunch date. If the option is not available, the date has passed to place an order.
