Dear Kildeer Families,
As the end of the year is winding down, I continue to be amazed by the talent of our students. One of my favorite things to do is attend community events. As I've stated before, this gives me an opportunity to see the students outside the school day and hear or see their passions. This week, I brought my daughter to the Consortium Art Fest. I told her we would get to go to an "art party". It was fun to see her face light up when she saw the fabulous clay plates of food or paintings of snow men! As a bonus, she enjoyed a cup of lemonade and a cookie. For me, this night was special because I not only had "mommy-daughter" time, but I also was able to celebrate the amazing talent of our Kildeer students. Additionally, I ended my week with my two Assistant Principals, the winners from Bingo Blast. I am proud of the job well done and we kept a very busy agenda visiting classrooms and making important phone calls!

Orchestra "Extravaganza" Concert- 4th and 5th Grade Orchestra
The Orchestra "Extravaganza" Concert for 4th and 5th Grade Orchestras will take place on Monday, May 14th at 7:00pm at Woodlawn. The concert will take place in the Woodlawn Gym. Students need to arrive at Country Meadow gym in their concert attire by no later than 6:00 pm for tuning and warm-up. It is going to be a fantastic concert! We look forward to seeing you there!

Casual Attire for a Good Cause...
Beginning Apr. 30, you may see Kildeer Staff in casual attire. Out staff will be donating money for the opportunity to wear jeans. Last year we collected over $1100! We've chosen five charities to benefit. READ MORE
