Spring Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Ivy Hall April 8-10
Preparations for our Spring Scholastic Book Fair are underway! Our Fair will be Tuesday, April 8 through Thursday April 10. We will accept cashless payments during the school day on April 8 and April 9. If you would prefer to have your student make a cash purchase, cash will only be accepted on Thursday, April 10, during the school day and at our evening Pizza Bingo Night.
Important details about our Book Fair:
- Set up your E-Wallet starting on Tuesday, March 18
- Any unspent eWallet funds from past book fairs do not expire! They are transferred to an eGift Card.
- To check if you have an eGift Card balance, log on to www.scholastic.com, click on “account” and “eGift Cards” to view your balance.
- When you set up your eWallet for our spring Fair, you will be automatically prompted to use unspent eGift Card balances to fund your eWallet
- Please consider contributing to “share the fair” which will be used to provide books to our library and classrooms and can be used to help a student who is less than $1 short of covering their book purchase total–this does not apply to toy case or journal purchases, reading books only.
- Classroom walkthroughs will be Tuesday, April 8
- Cashless purchases only during the school day April 8 and April 9
- All forms of payment accepted April 10

Family Pizza Bingo Night is April 10, Pre-Order Your Pizza Meal Deal
Our annual Family Pizza Bingo Night is coming up on Thursday, April 10. Join our Wildcat Community and enjoy a fun-filled evening with bingo, a book fair, a silent auction and of course - pizza! Pre-orders for pizza dinner are due by April 5. Beautify your home and support Ivy Hall PTO
Beautify your home and support our ongoing fundraiser in partnership with North Shore Plant Club. The North Shore Plant Club’s mission is to make gardening more accessible to the community. You can purchase a wide range of plants at near wholesale prices. Ivy Hall PTO will receive a portion of your purchase.
Joining the club is free and gives you access to great prices, a huge selection of plants that arrive fresh from the growers, while shopping from the convenience of your home. When you join North Shore Plant Club and purchase a plant using our special link below, 5% of the proceeds will go to Ivy Hall School PTO.
You will receive an email when the plants are ready for pickup. There are Plant Club pick up locations in Buffalo Grove (near Meridian School), Barrington, Glenview, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Libertyville, Naperville, Skokie/Evanston, Wilmette and Winnetka.
