On January 30 from 6:30-8:00 pm, we will showcase the many cultures represented at Ivy Hall. This is an event for your entire family - siblings welcome.
We are looking for families who would like to share crafts, games, clothing, artifacts and/or traditions from their culture with our Ivy Hall community! We will offer limited reimbursement to help cover expenses related to your booth. Participants may also do a short performance (dance, music, etc.). REMINDER: Staff Winter/Holiday Gift-Giving Made Easy
The PTO is once again working with GiftCrowd to coordinate winter/holiday gifts for Ivy Hall staff. Please consider contributing toward a gift for your child's teachers, aide and other school staff.
To participate, select the recipient and click "Join." On the next page you can enter the amount you wish to contribute and write a personal message. Recipients do not see the individual contribution amounts, only the total of all gifts. Contributions will be accepted through 3 pm on December 20.
Staff will receive their gifts at 3pm on December 20, as winter break begins. Recipients can select their gift in the form of a gift card from hundreds of online and physical stores.

REMINDER: Purchase Frozen Treat Friday & Special Lunch Cards by January 10
Frozen Treat Friday & Special Lunch cards can now be purchased for January through May 2025. Please log into your Membership Toolkit account by January 10th and purchase Frozen Treat Friday & Special Lunch cards for your student(s). As a reminder:
Special Lunch: We will offer Papa John’s pizza for Special Lunch! All meals will be served with two sides (including an ice cream novelty) and a bottle of water. Special Lunch must be purchased in advance and will be provided once per month, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month (on the 4th Wednesday in April).
Frozen Treat Friday: Ivy Hall PTO will distribute ice cream treats once per month at lunch, on the last Friday students are in attendance, to those students who have pre-ordered an ice cream card.

REMINDER: Important Change in Payment Processing on January 1
Ivy Hall PTO has accepted credit card payments on Membership Toolkit purchases for many years. Each credit card transaction results in fees charged back and the PTO has absorbed the fees associated with these transactions. For an organization as small as ours, these fees are a significant expense to our budget. Effective January 1, fees charged for each credit card transaction will be passed along to the purchaser. To avoid these fees, you will be able to link your checking account for payment by e-check at checkout. While these fees will not be effective until January 1, we encourage you to set up and choose e-check payment the next time that you check out.

Support our ongoing fundraiser in partnership with North Shore Plant Club. The North Shore Plant Club’s mission is to make gardening more accessible to the community. You can purchase a wide range of plants at near wholesale prices. Ivy Hall PTO will receive a portion of your purchase.
Joining the club is free and gives you access to great prices and a huge selection of plants that arrive fresh from the growers, all while shopping from the convenience of your home. When you join North Shore Plant Club and purchase a plant using our special link below, 5% of the proceeds go to the Ivy Hall School PTO.
