Volunteer Sign Up for Winter Party

Who doesn’t love a good party?? Another favorite among students and staff is the Winter Party, which will be held this year on December 20th at 2:00pm. We look for your continued help and support to make this event a success. Parent sign-up for the Winter parties will go live at 9 am on Saturday, November 9th. Slots are filled on a first come first served basis. However, we request those who have already volunteered at a class party this year, to please put your name on the waiting list to allow other parents a chance to participate.

Head over to http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto on November 9th to sign up. If you have any questions about responsibilities or time commitments, please email the PTO at [email protected].

REMINDER: The Ivy Hall Yearbook Cover Contest is underway, entries due November 15th!
Our 4th annual Yearbook Cover Contest is underway and entries are due November 15th. Entries should keep Ivy Hall's theme for the school year in mind - Kindness Counts, based on The Power of One by Trudy Ludwig.

You may use markers, colored pencils, crayons, or do a digital/ drawing on your iPad. Entries must be VERTICAL (Portrait), not Horizontal (Landscape) and may be submitted on 8-1/2" x 11" paper or emailed as a digital image. Include your name and grade on the back of your design or in the name of the digital file.  Turn in your cover design to your teacher, so that it can be given to the Yearbook Club Sponsors, Mrs. Jarrett and Mrs. Slivnick. There will be one winner per grade, which will be announced in the 2024-2025 Yearbook in spring! (Ivy Hall's yearbook is sponsored by Ivy Hall PTO in collaboration with the Yearbook Club.)

Please Note: Yearbook cover entries in Horizontal/Landscape format will not be accepted.

Please send your pictures for the Yearbook
