Annual Book Fair around the corner, set up your e-Wallet today
Our annual Scholastic Book Fair is coming up from September 24-26th. This year, the sale will be cashless during school days on September 24th and 25th. (Cash will only be accepted on September 26th.) The best way for students to shop at the Book Fair is with an e-Wallet. You can set up an e-Wallet by loading money on the student’s account, which they can then use to shop at the fair. Set up your student’s e-Wallet today at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto
Note: When you create your e-Wallet, at check out, you'll be asked how you would like to fund your e-Wallet. If you have a remaining balance from a previous Book Fair, you will be able to choose that existing e-gift card, and then pay the balance on credit card.
We are also looking for parent volunteers to help us with the Book Fair. Please consider signing up for a shift. Responsibilities include helping children select books, and restocking as well as straightening book shelves between class visits. The Book Fair volunteer form will go live on Saturday, September 7th @ 9 am.

EXTENDED: Purchase Frozen Treat Friday & Special Lunch Cards by September 8th
The Frozen Treat Friday (FTF) & Special Lunch (SL) programs start soon. The deadline to purchase cards has been extended to September 8th! Please log into your Membership Toolkit account and purchase FTF & SL cards for your student(s). As a reminder:
Special Lunch: We will offer Papa John’s pizza for the Special Lunch! All meals will be served with two sides (including an ice cream novelty) and a bottle of water. Special Lunch needs to be purchased in advance and will be provided once per month, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month (on the 4th Wednesday in April).
Frozen Treat Friday: Ivy Hall PTO will distribute ice cream treats once per month at lunch, on the last Friday students are in attendance, to those students who have pre-ordered an ice cream card.

Support our ongoing fundraiser in partnership with North Shore Plant Club. The North Shore Plant Club’s mission is to make gardening more accessible to the community. You can purchase a wide range of plants at near wholesale prices. Ivy Hall PTO will receive a portion of your purchase.
Joining the club is free and gives you access to great prices and a huge selection of plants that arrive fresh from the growers, all while shopping from the convenience of your home. When you join North Shore Plant Club and purchase a plant using our special link below, 5% of the proceeds go to the Ivy Hall School PTO.
