Join us tonight - Back to School Backlot Bonanza - Friday, Aug 23, 6:00-7:30 pm
Please join us for a new event - Back To School Backlot Bonanza tonight, Friday, August 23 between 6:00-7:30 pm. Join us “on the blacktop” in the back of Ivy Hall for a fun night hanging out with old/new friends, playing on the playground. There will be lawn games, sports, and more. You are welcome to bring your own picnic dinner. We will have an ice cream truck selling ice cream novelties - cash/credit card accepted. (Please note: the event will be canceled if it rains.)

We are looking for engaged volunteers to help plan and run the events and fundraisers which directly benefit our students, school and community. Please consider volunteering your time to serve on a PTO Committee this year.

We would like to remind all families to please send your pictures from Meet the Teacher and your First Day of School for possible inclusion in the yearbook. Please remember to include your child’s name, grade & teacher. The pictures should be emailed to:
REMINDER: Update Your Membership Toolkit (MTK) Account & Purchase Frozen Treat Friday & Special Lunch
Please remember to update your Membership Toolkit account with your student’s teacher information. This helps us make sure that things you order during the year are delivered to the correct classroom. Please also update your family profile for the new school year. Membership Toolkit is our PTO member portal where you can purchase items, volunteer for activities (forms coming soon), and more.
Wildcats love Frozen Treat Friday and Special Lunch! Please order in advance through MTK. As a reminder:
Special Lunch: We will offer Papa John’s pizza for the Special Lunch! All meals will be served with two sides (including an ice cream novelty) and a bottle of water. Special Lunch needs to be purchased in advance and will be provided once per month, on the 3rd Wednesday of the month (on the 4th Wednesday in April).
Frozen Treat Friday: Ivy Hall PTO will distribute ice cream treats once per month at lunch, on the last Friday in attendance, to those students who have pre-ordered an ice cream card.

Support our ongoing fundraiser in partnership with North Shore Plant Club. The North Shore Plant Club’s mission is to make gardening more accessible to the community. You can purchase a wide range of plants at near wholesale prices. Ivy Hall PTO will receive a portion of your purchase.
Joining the club is free and gives you access to great prices and a huge selection of plants that arrive fresh from the growers, all while shopping from the convenience of your home. When you join North Shore Plant Club and purchase a plant using our special link below, 5% of the proceeds go to the Ivy Hall School PTO.
