We are hosting a Welcome Back Coffee Bar for the Ivy Hall Staff, and are looking for donations of coffee, tea & snack items! Don’t make lunch or dinner on the first day of school - make it a Culver’s day
Celebrate a half day of school (and the first day of school!!) by taking a break from cooking lunch or dinner – or enjoy a cold custard treat! Head over to Culver’s in Buffalo Grove on Thursday, August 15 - be sure to mention Ivy Hall PTO and Culver’s will donate 25% of sales! Culver’s is open 10am-10pm, so you can eat early or late!

Special Lunch and Frozen Treat Friday Update
SPECIAL LUNCH: As we have seen across the food industry over the last few years, vendor price increases and ingredient changes have impacted the PTOs ability to offer certain nutritionally compliant meals at a price point that is reasonable to families. We will continue to offer Ivy Hall Wildcat student favorite Special Lunch: Papa John’s pizza for special lunch! All meals will be served with 2 sides (including an ice cream novelty) and a bottle of water. Special Lunch will be held on Wednesdays, once per month.
FROZEN TREAT FRIDAY: Frozen Treat Friday has always been one of the students’ favorite programs. In the 2024-2025 school year, Ivy Hall PTO will distribute ice cream novelties at lunch once per month to those who have pre-ordered an ice cream card. We know that our Wildcats will look forward to this special treat once per month.

Membership Toolkit (MTK)
Membership Toolkit is our member management portal where you can purchase a yearbook, sign up for activities and volunteer. Once teachers have been announced, we’ll add their names to MTK and you can update your family information. It is not necessary to update your account just yet. Stay tuned and watch our blog.
