Ivy Hall Family Picnic is May 17
The Ivy Hall Family Picnic is May 17: Pre-Register for free hot dog meal per family member!
We can’t believe the end of the school year is almost here! Let’s celebrate at our annual Ivy Hall Family Picnic on from 6 to 8 p.m. May 17. 
Pre-register by May 12, and we’ll provide one free regular or vegan hot dog meal, including chips, water and ice cream per family member, up to six (6) people. There are a limited number of day-of meals available. Dinner will be free, and there will be on-site purchases of ice cream for $2. We strongly recommend pre-ordering!
Picnic festivities include a DJ, giant games, Ivy Hall playground (weather permitting), and fun with our Wildcat Community. Sign up at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
Enjoy End-of-Year Giving Made Easy
Ivy Hall PTO is working with GiftCrowd to coordinate end-of-year gifts. Please consider contributing toward a gift for your child's teacher, aides and other school staff.
To participate, visit http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto: Select the recipient, and click "Join." On the next page, you can enter the amount you wish to contribute and write a personal message. Recipients do not see the individual contribution amounts, only the total of all gifts.
Contributions will be accepted through 12 p.m. (noon) May 31.
Staff will receive their gifts as the school year ends. Recipients can select their gift in the form of a gift card from hundreds of online and physical stores.

End-of-the-Year Ice Cream Box Sale

Attention, 5th Grade Families
There is so much in store to celebrate our 5th Graders!
- May 12: By this date, submit a baby picture of your fifth-grader for us to use in a photo montage that will be displayed during lunch and at the in-school party on May 17.
- May 17: In school party with a complimentary lunch from Wiener Take All and an afternoon full of music and fun activities. Please select your student's entree below: one per student. Students may also purchase lunch from Organic Life or bring a lunch from home. Order is due May 12.
- May 30: From 6:30 to 8 p.m.. there is a combined celebration event with Prairie School at Just For Fun Roller Rink in Mundelein. Tickets are $20 and include two slices of pizza, water, skate rental and light-up giveaway.
