Family Pizza Bingo Night is almost here! The Pizza pre-order deadline is extended until Sunday, April 7.
Our annual Family Pizza Bingo Night is Thursday, April 11, 6 to 8 p.m. Join our Wildcat Community and enjoy a fun-filled evening with Bingo, Book Fair, bidding on items in our Silent Auction and, of course, pizza and ice cream! 
The deadline to preorder pizza has been extended until Sunday, April 7. Pre-ordering your family meal deal is essential to securing a delicious pizza dinner for the event and to helping us determine how much food to order. Only a limited number of meal deals will be available for purchase at the door.
Our popular pizza meal deals, featuring Mug’s Pizza, include a full cheese pizza, bottled water and choice of ice cream novelties.

A highlight of Pizza Bingo Night is our annual Silent Auction, which is now open for preview!
Register now for a NEW account on our auction platform, Bidding Owl. We have more than 100 Silent Auction items up for grabs this year! Choose from activities and experiences, entertainment, food and beverage, gift certificates, sports games, and more!
Bidding opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 9 and closes at 7:40 p.m. Thursday, April 11. You do not have to attend the event to bid on or win the silent auction items.

Volunteers Wanted at Book Fair and Pizza Bingo Night
We're looking for parent volunteers to assist by signing up for a shift at the upcoming Book Fair and Pizza Bingo Night.
Book Fair responsibilities include helping children select books and restocking and straightening the shelves between class visits.
Pizza Bingo Night responsibilities include handing out pizza/ice cream, assisting with silent auction and general set-up.

The Ivy Hall Spring Scholastic Book Fair is April 9 to 11, and it will be cashless!
To shop, set up your e-Wallet today: Cash will only be accepted on April 11. 
On April 9 and 10, students are welcome to make cashless purchases using e-Wallet at the Book Fair.
Cash will only be accepted on April 11 during the school day and at Pizza Bingo Night. The best way for students to shop the Book Fair is with an e-Wallet.

School Supply Kits for 2024-25 on Sale Through July 9

Join North Shore Plant Club and Support the PTO
Support our ongoing fundraiser in partnership with North Shore Plant Club. The North Shore Plant Club’s mission is to make gardening more accessible to the community. You can purchase a wide range of plants at almost wholesale prices. Ivy Hall PTO will receive a portion of your purchase. Order pansies and cool season annuals through April 7. 
Joining the club is free and gives you access to great prices and a huge selection of plants that arrive fresh from the growers, while allowing you the convenience of shopping from home. When you join North Shore Plant Club and purchase a plant using our special link, 5 percent of the proceeds will go to Ivy Hall School PTO.
You, friends, family and neighbors will be able to order 15 different times between April and October and support the fundraiser. There are Plant Club pick-up locations in Buffalo Grove (near the Prairie View Metra Station), Barrington, Glenview, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Libertyville, Naperville, Skokie/Evanston, Wilmette and Winnetka.
