We Need Your Photos

Did your student participate in the 4th or 5th grade Orchestra concert this week?  Have you finally had a chance to sort through photos you took during last week’s Valentine’s Day class party?  We need your photos! Please email them, at the highest resolution (largest size) possible, to [email protected]Photos may be used in the Yearbook.

 

Donations Wanted for Spring Conferences Dinner

We’re hosting a delicious dinner during Spring Parent-Educator Conferences.  Please consider donating drinks, sides, dessert, or paper goods as we provide dinner to the fabulous Ivy Hall educators.

Shine Brightly at the Annual Ivy Hall Variety Show

It’s time for students to start planning their solo or group acts, showcasing all of their unique talents at the annual Ivy Hall Variety Show!

The Variety Show will take place on the evening of Thursday, April 4. Students are encouraged to participate as a solo act or in groups. The first practice rehearsal will take place on Monday, March 18; dress rehearsal will be held on Wednesday, April 3.  In-person attendance at at least one rehearsal is mandatory to participate in the show.

Last Call: Purchase Your Yearbook by February 29

Yearbooks were not sold at registration: The only way to purchase a Yearbook is on Membership Toolkit.  To determine whether you already ordered a yearbook, click on the Open Forms and Sign-Ups:  If you don’t see the Yearbook sales form, that means you have already purchased a yearbook.

Beautify Your Home and Support Ivy Hall Plant Sale

The is the last call for the PTO's Spring Annuals Pre-Sale, going on through Sunday, February 25.

Support our ongoing fundraising opportunity in partnership with North Shore Plant Club. The North Shore Plant Club’s mission is to make gardening more accessible to the community.  You can purchase a wide range of plants at almost wholesale prices. Ivy Hall PTO will receive a portion of your purchase.   Ivy Hall PTO Nursery Plant Fundraiser

Joining the club is free and gives you access to great prices and a huge selection of plants that arrive fresh from the growers, while allowing you the convenience of shopping from your home.

When you join North Shore Plant Club and purchase a plant using our special link, 5 percent of the proceeds will go to Ivy Hall School PTO.  

You, friends, family and neighbors will be able to order 15 different times between April and October and support the fundraiser.  There are Plant Club pick-up locations in Buffalo Grove (near the Prairie View Metra Station), Barrington, Glenview, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Libertyville, Naperville, Skokie/Evanston, Wilmette and Winnetka.

You’ll be notified by email when each sale begins. You can also view upcoming sale dates on the North Shore Plant Club website.
