Parent Volunteers Wanted for Valentine’s Day Parties

There are three class parties each school year: Halloween, Winter and Valentine’s Day.   In an effort to include more families in our class parties, each class party will have four unique volunteers: one Party Planner and three Volunteers.  The Party Planner will work with the Volunteers to plan the party together, but the Party Planner will act as the point of contact for this party with PTO and the classroom teacher.

Students love when their parents are part of their class celebrations. We are here to help you along the way!  We can help you plan games, crafts and other age-appropriate classroom activities, in consultation with your classroom teacher.

We ask that each family signs up for only one party per year, so that more children are able to have their parents participate. If you already volunteered for the Halloween or Winter Party, we ask that you add your name to the waitlist and you will be notified if space is available.

The sign-up form for Valentine’s Day Parties is live at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
