Parent Volunteers Wanted for Valentine’s Day Parties
There are three class parties each school year: Halloween, Winter and Valentine’s Day. In an effort to include more families in our class parties, each class party will have four (4) unique volunteers: one (1) Party Planner and three (3) Volunteers. The Party Planner will work with the volunteers to plan the party together, but the Party Planner will act as the point of contact for this party with PTO and the classroom teacher.
Students love when their parents are part of their class celebrations. We are here to help you along the way! We can help you plan games and crafts and other age-appropriate classroom activities, in consultation with your classroom teacher.
We ask that each family signs up for only one party per year, so that more children are able to have their parents participate. If you already volunteered for the Halloween or Winter Party, we ask that you add your name to the waitlist and you will be notified if space is available.

Last Chance: Order Frozen Treat Friday by January 21
Frozen Treat Friday (formerly Ice Cream Wednesday) started this week! The PTO distributes ice cream novelties at lunch every Friday to those who have pre-ordered a Frozen Treat Friday card, ice cream will not be sold on site.
Each card is valid for Ice Cream novelties throughout the winter/spring term (January through May). Hershey's Ice Cream Smart Snacks meet school nutrition guidelines. Dairy-free and gluten-free options are always available. Purchase a Frozen Treat Friday card by January 21 at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
Due January 21: Special Lunch Orders (February Through May)
Once a month, Ivy Hall PTO works with Papa John’s to bring in a special pizza lunch! Lunches must be pre-purchased; meals will not be sold on-site. All meals include an entree, two side items and a bottle of water.

If you volunteered at the Winter Party, we need your photos! Please email them, at the highest resolution (largest size) possible, to [email protected]. Photos may be used in the Yearbook.
Auction Donations Wanted for March 7 Pizza Bingo Night
Mark your calendar: You don’t want to miss our annual Pizza Bingo night on Thursday, March 7. We’ll have a fun night of Bingo, pizza dinner and silent auction and an opportunity to shop the Spring Book Fair.
As part of our Silent Auction, we are looking for donations of items. If you own or work for a business that would like to donate a good, service or gift card, or if you have access to prizes that would make good silent auction items (sports tickets or family experiences, for instance), please email [email protected] so that we can coordinate drop-off or pick-up with you!
