Valentine’s Party Volunteer Sign-Up Opens Saturday
Valentine’s Day Party Volunteer sign-up opens this Saturday, January 13, at 9 a.m.
There are three class parties each school year: Halloween, Winter and Valentine’s Day. In an effort to include more families in our class parties, each class party will have four unique volunteers: one (1) Party Planner and three (3) Volunteers. The Party Planner will work with the Volunteers to plan the party together, but the Party Planner will act as the point of contact for this party with PTO and the classroom teacher.
Students love when their parents are part of their class celebrations. We are here to help you along the way! We can help you plan games, crafts and other age-appropriate classroom activities, in consultation with your classroom teacher.
We ask that each family signs up for only one party per year, so that more children are able to have their parents participate. If you already volunteered for the Halloween or Winter Party, we ask that you add your name to the waitlist, and you will be notified if space is available.

Save the Date for our Pizza Bingo Night on Thursday, March 7; auction donations are also wanted.
Mark your calendar: You don’t want to miss our annual Pizza Bingo night on Thursday, March 7. We’ll have a fun night of Bingo, pizza dinner, silent auction and opportunity to shop the Spring Book Fair.
As part of our Silent Auction, we are looking for donations of items. If you own or work for a business that would like to donate a good, service or gift card, or if you have access to prizes that would make good silent auction items —sports tickets, family experiences, for instance — please email [email protected] so that we can coordinate drop-off or pick-up.

If you forgot to order Frozen Treat Friday, you have a last chance to do so through Sunday, January 14, at 11:59 p.m.
Order Frozen Treat Friday in January through May
Frozen Treat Friday (formerly Ice Cream Wednesday) is one of the children's favorite programs. The PTO distributes ice cream novelties at lunch every Friday to those who have pre-ordered a Frozen Treat Friday card. Ice cream will not be sold on-site.
Each card is valid for Ice Cream Novelties throughout the winter/spring term (January to May). Hershey's Ice Cream Smart Snacks meet school nutrition guidelines.
