We’ll showcase the many cultures represented at Ivy Hall. This is an event for your entire family — siblings welcome. No food will be served.
In addition to a mini Scholastic Book Fair* featuring titles that highlight cultural diversity, Ivy Hall families will share crafts, games, clothing, artifacts and traditions from their culture with our Ivy Hall community! We will also have a hands-on community service project.
* Please note that the Book Fair will be cashless — credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or checks only, please!
Spirit Wear Sale Extended Through December 3
Ivy Hall PTO is excited to show our Wildcat pride with our selection of Ivy Hall Spirit Wear. The Spirit Wear Flash Sale has been extended thorugh December 3. There are a variety of items being offered during our two-week flash sale. In January, we will add additional items, which will be available all year long, including hats, pajama pants and more!

Due January 9: Purchases for Frozen Treat Friday (January through May)
Frozen Treat Friday (formerly Ice Cream Wednesday) is one of the children's favorite programs. The PTO distributes ice cream novelties at lunch every Friday to those who have pre-ordered a Frozen Treat Friday card; ice cream will not be sold on-site.
Each card is valid for Ice Cream Novelties throughout the winter/spring term (January to May). Hershey's Ice Cream Smart Snacks meet school nutrition guidelines. Due January 9: Special Lunch Orders for January through May
Once a month, Ivy Hall PTO works with Papa John’s to bring in a special pizza lunch. Lunches must be pre-purchased; meals will not be sold on-site.. All meals include an entree, two side items and a bottle of water.

Volunteers Wanted for Special Lunch and Frozen Treat Friday
We are looking for parent volunteers to help at Frozen Treat Friday and Special Lunch. A description of each volunteer position, including time commitment, can be found on each sign-up form. We ask that you only sign up for one lunch-time volunteer slot (either Frozen Treat Friday or Special Lunch). You may add your name to the waitlist in case we have openings.
All volunteers must be a member of Ivy Hall PTO. If you are a member of Ivy Hall PTO, you will automatically have access to the volunteer forms. If you are not yet a member, you will find an available form for you to pay your Ivy Hall PTO dues. Once you have paid your dues, you will find the form automatically appears for you. Volunteer sign-up forms will be live at 9 a.m. Saturday, December 2, at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
Winter/Holiday Give Giving Made Easy
Ivy Hall PTO is working with GiftCrowd to coordinate winter/holiday gifts. Please consider contributing toward a gift for your child's teacher, aides and other school staff.
To participate, visit http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto — select the recipient and click "Join." On the next page you can enter the amount you wish to contribute and write a personal message. Recipients do not see the individual contribution amounts, only the total of all gifts. Contributions will be accepted through December 21 at 3 p.m.
Staff will receive their gifts at 3:05 p.m., as winter break begins. Recipients can select their gift in the form of a gift card from hundreds of online and physical stores. Wishing you a safe and healthy Winter Break!
