Winter Party Volunteer Sign-Up Opens Saturday
Winter Party Volunteer Sign-Up opens at 9 a.m. Saturday, November 11, 2023. There are three class parties each school year: Halloween, Winter and Valentine’s Day.
In an effort to include more families in our class parties, each class party will have four (4) unique volunteers: One (1) Party Planner and three (3) Volunteers. The Party Planner will work with the volunteers to plan the party together, but the Party Planner will act as the point of contact for this party with PTO and the classroom teacher.
We are here to help you along the way! We can help you develop games, crafts and other age-appropriate classroom activities, in consultation with your classroom teacher.
Students love when their parents are part of their class celebrations. We ask that each family signs up for only one party per year, so that more children are able to have their parents participate. If you already volunteered for the Halloween Party, we ask that you add your name to the waitlist for future parties (Winter and Valentine’s), and you will be notified if space is available.

Sign Up to Celebrate Your Culture at World Wide Wildcats
On December 1, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., we’ll showcase the many cultures represented at Ivy Hall. This is an event for your entire family ~ siblings are welcome.
We are looking for families who would like to share crafts, games, clothing, artifacts and/or traditions from their culture with our Ivy Hall community. Crafts and projects produced by students at this event will be displayed at school each month. Participants may do a short performance (dance and music, for instance).

If you attended Willy Wildcat’s Chocolate Factory last week, the Ivy Hall Halloween Parade or Halloween Party, we need your photos!
