REMINDERS

Halloween Party Volunteers Wanted

There are 3 class parties each school year: Halloween, Winter and Valentine’s Day.

In an effort to include more families in our class parties, Ivy Hall PTO has redesigned the concept of room parents and party volunteers.  Each class party will have four unique volunteers: One Party Planner and three Volunteers.  The Party Planner will work with the Volunteers to plan the party together, but the Party Planner will act as the point of contact for this party with PTO and the classroom teacher.

Students love when their parents are part of their class celebrations. We ask that each family signs up for only one party per year, so that more children are able to have their parents participate. Once you have volunteered for a party, you can add your name to the waitlist for the classroom and will be notified if space is available.

We are here to help you along the way!  We can help you develop games, crafts and other age-appropriate classroom activities, in consultation with your classroom teacher.
