Ivy Hall's Family Picnic is Friday, May 19: Pre-Register for one free hot dog per family member!
We can’t believe the end of the school year is almost here! Let’s celebrate at our annual Ivy Hall Family Picnic on May 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. Pre-register by Monday, May 15, and we’ll provide one free regular or vegan hot dog per family member, up to six people. You can also pre-order chips, water, and ice cream available for an additional fee.
Picnic festivities include a DJ, giant games, walkaround entertainment, Ivy Hall playground (weather permitting), and fun with our Wildcat Community. Sign up at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
End of the School Year Gifting Made Easy
With the end of the school year approaching, consider contributing toward a gift for your child's teacher, aide, or other school staff. End of Year Ice Cream Box Sale

5th Grade Spring Fling & Xtra Pizza: Register Today
On Friday May 12, Ivy Hall PTO will be celebrating our 5th grade class. Each student will receive a free T-shirt (from Ivy Hall PTO), which they are encouraged to wear for the day's festivities. 
PTO will provide pizza lunch from Papa John's at no cost (school lunch from Organic Life is still available for purchase, and students may also bring a lunch from home). Additional slices are optional and can be purchased at the link below.
After lunch, 5th graders will have a modified schedule with games and activities that they will participate in together.
After school until 4:45 p.m. Friday May 12, the PTO will host a celebration with a DJ, games, snacks and more. You may purchase your ticket by Monday, May 8, 2023, at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
