See Important Info About Yearbook Ordering

A few weeks ago, we opened the Yearbook form on Membership Toolkit (MTK) to allow those who did not purchase a yearbook at registration to buy one for the 2022-23 school year. We communicated that the form would only be visible to those who did not purchase a yearbook at registration.

It has since come to our attention that the wrong list was used to identify students who did not purchase a yearbook at registration. We have adjusted the settings for each student in MTK, and purchase status should now be accurate.  We have sent an email to families whose email address we have on file to notify them of this information and that they may now login to MTK to purchase a yearbook.

If you believe that you have purchased a yearbook, but are seeing the form on MTK, please email [email protected] with a copy of your receipt, so that we can look into this for you.  If you registered for school online, you can search your email for an email from “Powerschool”.

The information below remains accurate:

If you did not order your yearbook at registration, we’ve opened up a sales form on Membership Toolkit (MTK) which will allow you to purchase a yearbook.

  • You may have purchased a yearbook at school registration.  If you registered for school online, you can search your email boxes for an email from "Powerschool," which will itemize your school fees and indicate if you purchased a yearbook.
  • If you already have an account on MTK and try to view the order form and it doesn’t show up, this means that you have already purchased a yearbook.
  • If you are creating an account on MTK for the first time, please email us at [email protected] to check if you have already ordered a yearbook.

The order form can be found at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.

Yearbooks orders are due Sunday, February 19, 2023.
