Volunteer for Valentine’s Party By January 27

Our final party of the year, celebrating Valentine’s Day (a day early!), will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 13.

If you’ve wanted to volunteer for a party this year, and have not yet had the chance, don’t miss out! Sign up at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto by Friday, January 27.

Each party will be allowed one Party Coordinator and three Party Volunteers. To ensure all interested parents have an opportunity to attend a class party during the school year, we ask that if a family member volunteered for the Halloween or Winter Party, that you please add your name to the waitlist for your classroom.

We are here to help you along the way!  We can help you develop games, crafts and other age-appropriate classroom activities, in consultation with your classroom teacher.

If You Give A Teacher A Cookie: Valentine’s Day Treat for Staff

Ivy Hall PTO is providing treats for the Ivy Hall Staff on Valentine’s Day, and we need your help!  Our theme is “If You Give A Teacher A Cookie” ~ based on Laura Numeroff's book “If You Give A Mouse A Cookie."

Please help us provide cookies, coffee and other snacks to the hardworking Ivy Hall staff.  You can shop our wish list at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto or make a donation so that we can shop for remaining items on our list!  If you would like to donate in-person, please contact us for the drop off addresses: Please do not bring items to school.

Thank you!

– Nora Fellowes and Amy Singh, Staff Appreciation Co-Chairs
