Winter/Holiday Gifting Made Easy: Due December 22
With Winter Break approaching, consider contributing toward holiday gifts for your child's teacher, aide, or other school staff. Ivy Hall PTO is working with GiftCrowd to coordinate these gifts.
To participate, click on the GiftCrowd link at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto. Select the recipient and click "Join." On the next page, you will be able to select the amount you would like to contribute, and write a personal message, if you would like. Recipients do not see the individual contribution amounts, only the total of all gifts. Recipients can select their gift in the form of a gift card from hundreds of online and physical stores. Contributions will be accepted through 3 p.m. December 22, 2022.
Winter Party Volunteers Wanted
We have a few classrooms that still need a few volunteers for Winter Parties. The sign-up form for Winter Parties is open to Ivy Hall PTO members at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto. If you’re not yet an Ivy Hall PTO member, you can become a member at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
We ask that if you or a member of your household volunteered for the Halloween Party, that you add your name to the waitlist for the classroom, and you will be notified if space is available.
Donate Games for Indoor Recess: Due January 2
When it's cold outside, recess is held inside. Let's help restock the classrooms with new games to play! Shop Amazon Wish Lists, shop in-store, or donate "cash!"
Donated items will be distributed among grade levels and may not be designated for a specific classroom. Games will be distributed to classes after winter break, around January 5, 2023.

Ice Crean Wednesday Cards on Sale Now (Repeat!)
Ice Cream Wednesday Cards for January to May 2023 are on sale now!
Ivy Hall PTO distributes ice cream novelties at lunch every Wednesday to those who have pre-ordered an Ice Cream Wednesday card. Cash will not be accepted on-site.
Each card is valid for Ice Cream Novelties throughout the winter/spring (January-May). All products come from Hershey's Ice Cream and meet school nutrition guidelines. A dairy free and gluten free option is always available. Purchase an Ice Cream Wednesday card at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
On Sale Now: Special Lunch For January, February and March
Once a month, Ivy Hall PTO works with local restaurants to bring special lunch options to students. All meals include an entree and two sides items. Special Lunches must be pre-purchased by January 5 at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.

Bracelets Request Form Available
To remember and honor Vivian, Ivy Hall is gifting each student and staff member with a unicorn friendship bracelet. For your student to receive this bracelet, you must make a request at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto. There is a limit of one free bracelet per student, and you will need to submit a separate form per student. If your family wishes to have additional bracelets, you can purchase them for $2 each. All proceeds from the sale of bracelets will go towards a tribute later in the school year.
Volunteer for Ice Cream Wednesday & Special Lunch
Volunteer Opportunities for Ice Cream Wednesday in January, February and March will be live at 9 a.m. Saturday. We ask that each family only take one volunteer position per half of the year to allow other families to participate. You may wish to add yourself to the waitlist, and we will contact you if a slot opens up or someone cancels.
