To show our appreciation to the Ivy Hall Staff for all that they have done for our students and community these last two weeks, the Ivy Hall PTO provided grab-n-go snacks and lunch for the Ivy Hall staff.

Winter Party Volunteers Wanted
In an effort to include more families who can volunteer at class parties this year, the Ivy Hall PTO has redesigned the concept of room parents and party volunteers. This year, each classroom party will have four (4) volunteer opportunities: one Party Coordinator (who will also attend the party) and three Volunteers.

We ask that if you or a member of your household volunteered for the Halloween Party that you add your name to the waitlist for the classroom and you will be notified if space is available.

Bracelets Request Form Available on MTK Friday
To remember and honor Vivian, Ivy Hall is gifting each student and staff member a unicorn friendship bracelet. You must request a bracelet for your student through Membership Toolkit ~ http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto. There is a limit of one free bracelet per student, and you will need to submit a separate form per student. If your family wishes to have additional bracelets, you can purchase extras for $2 each. All proceeds from the sale of bracelets will go towards a tribute later in the school year.
On Sale Now: Ice Cream Wednesday Card For January to May (Repeat)
Ivy Hall PTO distributes ice cream novelties at lunch every Wednesday to those who have pre-ordered an Ice Cream Wednesday card. Cash will not be accepted on site.
Each card is valid for Ice Cream Novelties throughout the winter/spring (January to May). All products come from Hershey's Ice Cream, and meet school nutrition guidelines. Dairy-free and gluten-free options are always available. Purchase an Ice Cream Wednesday card at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
Special Lunch For Upcoming Months On Sale
Special Lunches for January, February and March are on sale now.
Once a month, Ivy Hall PTO works with local restaurants to bring special lunch options. All meals include an entree and two sides items. Special Lunches must be pre-purchased by January 5 at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.

Volunteer for Ice Cream Wednesday and Special Lunch
Volunteer Opportunities for Ice Cream Wednesday in January, February and March will be live at 9 a.m. Saturday, December 10. We ask that each family only take one volunteer position per each half of the year to allow other families to participate.

Winter/Holiday Gifting Made Easy
With Winter Break approaching, consider contributing toward holiday gifts for your child's teacher, aide, or other school staff. Ivy Hall PTO is working with GiftCrowd to coordinate these gifts.
To participate, click on the GiftCrowd link at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto. Select the recipient and click "Join." On the next page, you will be able to select the amount you would like to contribute and write a personal message, if you would like.
Recipients do not see the individual contribution amounts, only the total of all gifts. Recipients can select their gift in the form of a gift card from hundreds of online and physical stores. Contributions will be accepted through 3 p.m. December 22, 2022.
Donate Games for Indoor Recess
When it's cold outside, recess is held inside. Let's help restock the classrooms with new games to play.
Shop Amazon Wish Lists, shop in store or donate "cash!" Donated items will be distributed among grade level, and may not be designated for a specific classroom.
Games will be distributed to classes after winter break around January 5, 2023.
