Once a month, Ivy Hall PTO partners with local restaurants to bring special lunch options. Lunches must be pre-purchased. All meals include an entree and 2 side items and a bottle of water.

Book Fair & Ice Cream Social: Volunteers Wanted
Set Up Your E-Wallet Today!
Our annual Book Fair will be held September 19 to 21. The best way for students to shop the fair is with an e-wallet. Our first big event of the year is one of the best opportunities to volunteer. We're in need of volunteers to assist students with making book selections both during the school day and at our Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, September 21, 6-8 p.m. Your entire family is invited.

Forget to Purchase an Ice Cream Wednesday Card?
If you forgot to purchase an Ice Cream Wednesday Card, know that the form is ope until Sunday night.
PTO distributes ice cream novelties at lunch every Wednesday to those who have pre-ordered an Ice Cream Wednesday card. Cash will not be accepted.
The Card is valid for Ice Cream Novelties throughout the fall term (August to December). All products come from Hershey's Ice Cream, and meet school nutrition guidelines. Dairy-free and gluten-free options are always available. Purchase an Ice Cream Wednesday card at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
Limted Halloween Party Spaces Remain
In an effort to include more families that can volunteer at class parties this year, the Ivy Hall PTO has redesigned the concept of room parents and party volunteers. This year, each classroom party will have four volunteer opportunities, a designated Party Planner and three Helpers. If you have multiple children, you don’t have to choose the classroom to which you'll commit.
The sign-up form for Halloween Parties is live at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto. We will be posting for volunteers for the Winter Party and Valentines Day Party about two months ahead of time. The kids love it when their parents are part of their class celebrations. As a courtesy to the other children in the class, we ask that your family only sign up for one party a year so that more children are able to have their parents attend. Once you have volunteered for a party, you can add your name to the waitlist for the classroom and will be notified if space is available.
