Party Volunteers Wanted
In an effort to include more families who can volunteer at class parties this year, the Ivy Hall PTO has redesigned the concept of room parents and party volunteers. This year, each classroom party will have four volunteer opportunities, a designated Party Planner and three Helpers. If you have multiple children, you don’t have to choose the classroom to which you'll commit.
The Sign-up form for Halloween Parties will go live at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 20, at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto. We will be posting for volunteers for the Winter Party and Valentines Day Party about two months ahead of time. The kids love it when their parents are part of their class celebrations.
As a courtesy to the other children in the class, we ask that your family only sign up for one party a year so that more children are able to have their parents attend. Once you have volunteered for a party, you can add your name to the waitlist for the classroom and will be notified if space is available.

Ice Cream Wednesday
Ice Cream Wednesday is one of the children's favorite programs. The PTO distributes ice cream novelties at lunch every Wednesday to those who have pre-ordered an Ice Cream Wednesday card. Cash will not be accepted on-site.
Each card is valid for Ice Cream Novelties throughout the fall term (August-December). All products come from Hershey's Ice Cream and meet school nutrition guidelines. A dairy-free and gluten-free option is always available. Purchase an Ice Cream Wednesday card at http://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto.
Special Lunch
Once a month, Ivy Hall PTO works with local restaurants to bring special lunch options. Lunch must be pre-purchased. All meals include an entree and two sides items.

- December 16: Culver’s

Send Us Your Photos
Be sure to take photos of your student at "Meet The Teacher" and the "First Day of School" and email them to us (at the highest resolution / largest size) to [email protected]. You may find your photo in the Ivy Hall Yearbook!
