Ivy Hall PTO Winter Gear Swap & Donate: November 19 (New!)
The Winter Gear Swap & Donate is Friday, Nov. 19. from 6 to 8 p.m.
Bring child-size, gently worn (no rips/tears) outgrown jackets, snow pants, hats and gloves to swap/donate. Item drop-off points will be available at the front office, as well as within Ivy Hall neighborhoods, from Monday to Thursday.
For each item donated, you'll receive a ticket redeemable for any item at the swap tables. All items left will be donated to a local children's charity. A DJ will be setting the shopping mood and Donut Jester Food Truck will be selling fresh, delicious donuts ~ in a variety of unique flavors ~and hot drinks!

Ivy Hall Yearbook Cover Contest - November 1-15 (Due Nov. 15)
Students are invited to enter the Ivy Hall Yearbook cover contest. All entries must be turned in on 8-½” x 11” paper and must be formatted vertically. One winner will be chosen per grade, and all entries will be included in the yearbook.

Winter Party Volunteer Sign Up
Winter Party Parent Volunteer Sign-Up is live on Membership Toolkit. Each class will have one room parent who will coordinate the classroom parties (Halloween, Winter, Valentine’s Day) and three Parent Volunteers per classroom. If you have attended the Halloween Party and would like to attend the Winter Party, please place your name on the waitlist so that we can allow other parents to attend. Ice Cream Wednesday Reminder: REORDER Your Punch Card
If you ordered a punch card when Ice Cream Wednesday started in September, it is time to purchase a new card!
PTO will be selling ice cream novelties at lunch each Wednesday. Ice Cream Wednesday (ICW) punch cards must be purchased by Sunday night at 11:59 p.m. for the upcoming week, so that we can prepare cards and get them to school. Late orders will not be accepted.
