Winter Party Volunteer Parent Sign-Up (New!)
Winter Party Parent Volunteer Sign-Up goes live on Membership Toolkit at 9 a.m. Saturday morning, Oct. 30. Each class will have one room parent — who will coordinate the classroom parties (Halloween, Winter, Valentine’s Day) — and three Parent Volunteers per classroom.
If you have attended the Halloween Party and would like to attend the Winter Party, please put your name on the waitlist so that we can allow other parents to attend.

Ivy Hall Yearbook Cover Contest: November 1-15 (New!)
Students are invited to enter the Ivy Hall Yearbook cover contest. All entries must be turned in on 8-½” x 11” paper and must be formatted vertically. Entries due Nov. 15.
One winner will be chosen per grade, and all entries will be included in the yearbook!

Ice Cream Wednesday: Reminder to purchase your punch card! This is week 9 of 10 on punch cards!
If your child has been purchasing ice cream since week one, this week will be week 9 of 10 on his or her punch card. We recommend that you purchase another card next week: We will be emailing families who purchased early, and we will also be sending punch cards home once they are filled as a reminder to purchase another card!
PTO will be selling ice cream novelties at lunch each Wednesday. Ice Cream Wednesday (ICW) punch cards must be purchased by Sunday night at 11:59pm for the upcoming week, so that we can prepare cards and get them to school. Late orders will not be accepted. The form will re-open on Wednesday after school.
