E-Wallet: The preferred payment method is on E-Wallet! E-Wallet is an easy way to let your kids purchase items at the Book Fair without worrying about sending cash or a blank check to school. Please set up an E-Wallet (preferred payment method) at https://linktr.ee/ivyhallpto You can also send cash or check (payable to Ivy Hall PTO).
Ice Cream Social: Families are welcome to attend the Book Fair during the Ice Cream Social on Wednesday, Sept. 22, from 6 to 8 p.m. Ice Cream will be available for purchase for $2 each, cash only. Ice Cream will be located in the Southwest parking lot, and the book fair will be inside the Red Cafe Gym. Rain date for the event is Thursday, Sept. 23.

The *Maria Papageorgiou Book Fair" is named in honor of Maria's 13 years as a PTO volunteer and President.
ICE CREAM WEDNESDAY: REMINDER TO PURCHASE YOUR PUNCH CARD
PTO will be selling ice cream novelties at lunch each Wednesday. Ice Cream Wednesday (ICW) punch cards must be purchased by Sunday night at 11:59 p.m. for the upcoming week, so that we can prepare cards and get them to school. Late orders will not be accepted. ROOM PARENT SIGN UP
Room parent sign up will be live on Membership Toolkit on Saturday, Sept. 18, at 9 a.m. Each class will have one room parent, who will coordinate the classroom parties (Halloween, Winter, Valentine’s Day). Let's thank the Ivy Hall Staff for all they do with a chicken and pasta-themed dinner on the evening of Family Educator Conferences, October 7.
